Kathy Kull was previously Employee Benefits Senior Counsel for Dell Inc. where she was responsible for all U.S. benefits including the 401 (k) plan, health and welfare plans, flexible spending accounts, severance plans and wellness programs.  She managed integration of plans as a result of acquisitions, including the Perot Systems 401 (k) plan merger and received a FY 2011 Global Legal Excellence Team Award for her performance in support of Dell’s merger and acquisitions growth strategy.  Kathy managed all U.S. benefits compliance, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and employee benefits privacy.


Kathy also has extensive experience representing and advising insurers, employers, third-party administrators and fiduciaries in matters regarding ERISA breaches of fiduciary duties, employee welfare benefits disputes and employee benefits plans.  She was a national litigation counsel for one of the nation’s largest healthcare insurers.
