Linda Wilkins works with companies and their boards of directors to design executive compensation plans to recruit and retain key executives. She also represents executives in negotiating their employment and severance agreements. She advises business owners on exit strategies, including leveraged ESOP transactions. Linda has considerable experience in all aspects of employee benefits and compensation, including stock incentive plans, the executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and SEC-required disclosures of executive compensation in proxy statements of public companies.
Linda has been Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for over 25 years. She has been listed as a Texas Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine since 2003 and has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 2006.
